How does the payment at closing actually work?
Before work begins, you'll sign a service agreement and a lien notice. Under Arkansas lien law, PTS files a lien on the property, which protects both parties. When you close, the title company sees that lien and processes our payment directly from your sale proceeds. Your realtor is looped in from the start so there's no confusion at the closing table. You don't have to manage any of it.
What if my home needs major repairs?
People are often surprised by what PTS can get done in a short window. A hole in the wall, new carpet, plumbing fixes, fresh paint, lighting updates, flooring repair, HVAC service — all covered. What we don't do is full remodels. We focus on what actually moves the needle for a sale. If you're not sure whether something is in scope, just call and we'll give you a straight answer.
