Review and approve the plan. You can adjust, add, or remove items. Once approved, PTS takes over entirely. We schedule all trades, coordinate all crews, and manage every detail. You don't make a single contractor call.

Rapid execution

Our crews execute the full scope. Repairs, paint, cleaning, flooring, exterior, storage coordination. Most projects complete in 3 to 7 days.

How does the payment at closing actually work?
Before work begins, you'll sign a service agreement and a lien notice. Under Arkansas lien law, PTS files a lien on the property, which protects both parties. When you close, the title company sees that lien and processes our payment directly from your sale proceeds. Your realtor is looped in from the start so there's no confusion at the closing table. You don't have to manage any of it.
What if my home needs major repairs?
People are often surprised by what PTS can get done in a short window. A hole in the wall, new carpet, plumbing fixes, fresh paint, lighting updates, flooring repair, HVAC service, all covered. What we don't do is full remodels. We focus on what actually moves the needle for a sale. If you're not sure whether something is in scope, just call and we'll give you a straight answer.
How long does the process take?
Our target is 3 to 7 days from start to Market Ready. The exact timeline depends on the scope of work. We move fast on purpose because your listing timeline matters. After the walkthrough, we'll give you a realistic timeframe based on what your specific home needs.
Do I have to be home while work is happening?
Not at all. Our crews are trained professionals who work efficiently and with respect for your home. We handle all scheduling, coordination, and quality checks so you don't need to be there to oversee anything. You'll get updates throughout, and we do a final walkthrough before we certify the home Market Ready.
